Brief
Hallmark Bespoke Decorating recently completed a comprehensive exterior refresh to restore appearance and improve long-term protection of this Brighton townhouse.
Our Approach
- Biocidal Treatment
Treated elevations with two coats of anti-fungal solution, allowing adequate dwell time to inhibit future organic growth. - Repairs & Preparation
Removed defective coatings and made substrate repairs using Toupret Exterior Masonry Filler for a stable, smooth finish.
Stained or tannin-rich areas were spot-primed with Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 to ensure uniform coverage. - Masonry Coatings
Applied two coats of Emperor Silicate Paint to deliver a durable, highly vapour-permeable (breathable) finish—ideal for allowing moisture to escape through the substrate. - Timber Windows (Upper Levels)
Cleaned and thoroughly prepared the window frames, then applied two coats of Zinsser AllCoat (Satin) for a crisp, weather-resistant finish.
