Brief
Hallmark Bespoke Decorating was commissioned to refurbish the exterior windows and doors of a stunning property in the Surrey Hills, restoring both the appearance and long-term durability of the woodwork.
Our Approach
Preparation
All joinery was prepared using the Mirka dustless sanding system to ensure a clean working environment and a smooth, keyed surface ready for finishing.
Repairs
Areas of rotten wood were carefully removed and repaired. Larger sections were replaced with matching hardwood, while smaller areas were restored using the Repair Care Dry Flex system to achieve a seamless result.
Priming and Finishing
Repaired and prepared sections were primed with Zinsser Cover Stain to ensure strong adhesion and protection. Two coats of Zinsser AllCoat were then applied to deliver a durable, weather-resistant finish.
