This property had been left without any exterior redecoration for over 10 years, resulting in visible wear and deterioration. To restore the home to the standard it deserves, we began by replacing all damaged timber and removing defective glazing putty. Once the surface preparation was complete, we applied a coat of Zinsser Cover Stain primer to ensure maximum adhesion and long-lasting protection. This was followed by two full coats of Zinsser AllCoat for a durable and weather-resistant finish.
To complete the transformation, new guttering was installed, not only enhancing the property’s appearance but also improving its functionality. The result is a revitalised exterior that will stand the test of time, bringing the property back to the high standard it once held.
Thank you for the external repairs and redecorating work completed on our home. The windows were in a bad condition but look great now thanks to Stuart’s attention to detail. It was also very helpful that you could recommend and coordinate with the carpenter Ben for the larger repairs and gutter replacement who was also excellent.
