At Hallmark Bespoke Decorating, we deliver expert painting and decorating services across Surrey and Sussex. Specialising in exterior, interior, period, heritage, and listed buildings, our skilled team combines craftsmanship with attention to detail, ensuring every project reflects quality, care, and timeless appeal.
I’m Simon Humphrey, owner of Hallmark Bespoke Decorating. After relocating from the West Country to Surrey, I used my 30 years of painting and decorating experience to start Hallmark. My career has taken me across Europe and Canada, working with Hochtief Construction in Germany and Canada’s largest log cabin spraying company.
After hearing too much negative feedback about my trade, I wanted to build a business that reflects my ethos: treating every job as if it were my own home. I set high standards for both myself and my team, ensuring exceptional results. I aim to make every project stress-free, with clear communication before and during the work. My PA, Mel, is available by phone or email to assist while I’m on-site.
No job is too big or small. I’ve worked on everything from one or two rooms in private homes to £50,000 contracts on large developments. I’ve also taken on unique projects like a windmill, boathouse, and ornamental Chinese bridge.
I’m Mel Wincott, and I assist Simon with the day-to-day running of Hallmark Bespoke Decorating, ensuring deadlines are met and everything runs smoothly.
As an additional point of contact, I handle new enquiries and support clients throughout their projects. With years of experience in senior management, I’m used to working under pressure and take pride in building strong relationships with our clients.
